Costs were reduced to under $3 per pair, and the technology was made fully compatible with every existing PU pour and lamination line worldwide.

We protected the footwear-specific embodiments with our own provisional patent application, partnered with Tier-1 manufacturers for immediate scale, and secured early interest from global brands like Under Armour and AllSaints. Heelios isn’t another insole company.
